We're looking for a self-managing, proactive Full-Stack Developer to join our team long-term.

We're building Feedbird — a social media management platform for marketing agencies. Two frontend apps (client-facing + admin) on a shared backend, real users, active development. The team is a designer + 3 devs. You'd be stepping into a running product, not a greenfield project.

• Next.js, Tailwind, Convex, TypeScript

What we're looking for:

• Middle+/Senior Full-Stack Developer with a strong background
• You don't reach for an external library when you can build it right — we maintain our own UI kits and shared primitives, and we expect you to contribute to and extend them
• High standards for clean, reusable, and scalable code — everything lives in components and shared abstractions
• Heavy use of the latest AI models in day-to-day development — you're already building with AI, not just aware of it
• Strong eye for UI/UX — you're expected to proactively flag and suggest improvements if something doesn't feel right, not just implement what's handed to you
• Proactive mindset – ready to suggest and implement the best technical solutions
• Ability to work independently, stay focused, and take ownership
• English: reading and writing skills (B2+)
